Users will have a 5-minute window immediately post booking to cancel any reservation and receive a full refund. To be automatically refunded the cost of your Room, Office and/or Desk booking, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your reservation. You may cancel your booking in the WeWork app as long as you are within the reservation cancellation window. No guests are permitted with Desk bookings.
